Absolutely! Depending on what they are of course. But if you've got lots of little design things, like a lead magnet workbook that's only a few pages and an email header, we can absolutely do both of those in one session. When you receive the email from me once you've purchased your session, one of the things you'll let me know is what you're looking to get done in the session and at that point, I'll let you know if we can fit everything into a single session and if we can't, I'll help you priortise what needs to get done on the day.

No, there's typically not enough time in a Design Done In A Day session to create a full website or branding design from scratch. I do offer both these services though, so shoot me an email at hello@mareemaydesign.com and we can discuss what will work for you.

You'll need to be a little bit available, in that you don't need to be by your computer all day or on a Zoom call watching me work, but you'll need to be by Voxer early in the session to approve your small example and to check briefly throughout the day in case I have any questions that could cause a delay. So if you want to work as normal or just hang out in your garden in your pyjamas on the day, you do you. At the end of the day, I'll let you know via Voxer and email that your designs are done with instructions on what you need to do with them from there.

That's the beautiful thing about my Done In A Day sessions, we don't have to necessarily be in the same time zone. I'm in Australia in the AEST/AEDT time zone, so my day will start and end in that time zone. There's usually some overlap with other time zones and the work will be completed within a 24 hour period from when I start to accommodate that. If we're doing a basic website refresh, I will need to work directly on your website. For slides/templates/headers/footers, I'll give you access to the design in Canva so you can copy it to your own. If we're creating a course workbook or slides for a course, I can upload it to your course platform for you for an extra cost, which will most likely be an extra day. I will give you a quote upon enquiry, which you can accept and pay in full if you'd like to add that extra option. Please note, the additional day will be a minimum of a week after the initial Design Done In A Day session to give you time to record the audio/video to go with the course material I've provided. Once you've done your recording, we'll then arrange a second day where you provide the finalised recording and I'll upload it to your course platform for you. Please also note, this will only be done for the modules that I provided the course material for. If you add any modules between the first and second day, there will be an additional charge that will need to be paid in full before any uploading will be completed.

As I'll be using your brand colours, fonts, graphics and logo, your designs will be tailored specifically for you and your brand. You will be given an opportunity via Voxer prior to or on the morning of your design day to see a small example of what I'm creating so we can be sure you're happy with it and once you've approved the example, no further changes can be made to the finished designs unless there is a major issue such as a spelling mistake or a missing bullet point on a slide, etc. Of course, I want you to be a happy customer, so if you feel there is something very wrong once you've received your completed designs, I'm happy to discuss it with you but if you want major changes made, you will need to purchase another Design Done In A Day session.

Other than what I'm required to by law as governed by Victoria, Australia, no. There are no change of mind refunds, so if you have any concerns, please ask them before making your purchase by emailing hello@mareemaydesign.com. Of course, once the work is completed, I want you to be a happy customer and be confident putting your designs out into the world, so if you feel there is something very wrong once you've received your finished designs, I'm happy to discuss it with you to see what resolution we can come to.
